    Hey Todd,

    Always … always great content. I just stated to implement some upsells in my business after eharing it over and over and over again… it actually boosted my sales up 20% :)

    I just wanted to tell you that your videos on http://www.habitsofthetopinternetmarketers.com/ and specially this video itself, are one of the best marketing videos I have ever seen on the internet.

    It’s actually the first marketing site I find that provides extremelly valuable content really for free in an uninterested manner.

    You have really done a wonderful work. :)

    I am now about to launch my first product to the market and I am reading about every possible technique out there about product launches and marketing strategies- and even ordered Rich’s home study course.

    Most of my research time, I spend it by analyzing marketing strategies and product launches from different products (some even not related to my market- even analyzed Rich’s strategies for selling his products), and extrapolating the most- effective techniques to use them for my company.

    This tutorial is really priceless. Thank you!

    I have one question though -anyone could answer too-
    do you recommend buying a CRM (is there one that already does this?) or should I create the CRM myself?

    Building this functionality of the time bonuses seems to be quite easy (I am a developer) so I am actually thinking about outsourcing this and building a CRM for my needs.

    However, I am not sure if this is a good investment, or if I should just use one the existent CRM.
