    Todd,

    Of course it makes sense to offer both online and offline options, but I can’t say as I would’ve thought to present the offline/online option ALONG WITH the strictly offline version.

    Having just reread Cialdini’s book, it makes perfect sense though. And, it makes me wonder if I’m leaving money on the table in other areas as well!

    Hey Chestin… Cialdini just came out with another book. I just grabbed my copy. I think it’s called “Yes! 50 Scientifically Proven Ways To Be Persuasive”. Take a peek on Amazon.

    Todd,
    Just picked up both the books you mentioned. Amazon has a great video sales blurb for the Yes! 50… book. Your video above is thought provoking. It makes complete sense that the customers would prefer the two for one but it is interesting that the online version is virtually free to produce so the author is increasing revenue simply by adding an option that costs them nothing.
    Buyer science is a reall study.
