How To Get 5,000 Folks On Your Continuity Program – Fast!

Here's a little brainstorming page I did when I was planning the launch of the Founders Club (at Strategic Profits) with Rich Schefren.

Our first goal was to put 5,000 people in the membership and then grow it from there.

  1. Hi Tod

Wow looks like a lot of work, how does a one man band do all that or even 20% of of that list?

    • Hey Rob… great question.

      A one man band doesn’t.

If you’re just starting out, and you don’t have much money to invest in outsourcers, you would pick the highest impact tactics/strategies on the list and focus on those one at a time.

What you’re ultimately looking for, when you’re going at it alone, are the least amount of activities (tactics) that will bring you the greatest payoff (profit) in the shortest time possible.

It’s NOT about doing everything when you’re a “one man band”.

It’s about doing the major tactics that bring the major returns.

If you do have a little money socked away that you can use for outsourcing, I would go to onlinejobs.ph (the absolute best spot, in my humble opinion, to hire a full- or part-time worker) and grab someone for a couple hundred dollars a month to do a bunch of those tasks for you.

      Also, quick side note…

That sheet was just a brainstorm… a brain-dump of sorts… not a list of actions. We then used that list as a jumping off point to choose the activities we felt had the greatest impact and the most leverage. Then, focused on those.

      Hope that helps.
